About this role
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to be part of the experience platform that powers every client-facing moment at Lemonade. You'll create the building blocks that millions of customers interact with daily—turning complex insurance processes into delightful, instant experiences.
In this role you'll:
Build, integrate, and maintain accessible, performant, and sharable UI components within Uniclient, our unified cross-platform frontend infrastructure, used by millions of users daily.
Drive technical decisions that impact the entire customer journey, implemented in a TypeScript, React, and Node.js environment
Lead performance optimizations and architectural improvements that directly enhance user satisfaction
Contribute to the frontend platform infrastructure, enabling a better developer experience across the company
Own end-to-end feature development from concept to deployment, with AI-powered tools handling routine tasks
Develop user-facing building blocks using cutting-edge browser technologies, ensuring a seamless experience across both desktop and mobile browsers.
What you'll need:5+ years of full stack development experience with a strong focus on frontend
Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, CSS, and Node.js
Broad knowledge of frontend frameworks, terms, and tools
Experience building Frontend applications and working in full-stack roles at scale
Passion for creating user experiences that feel magical, not mechanical
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
