Your Mission – What You Can Expect with Us: - Coordination and execution of the DocuSign process, ensuring efficient contract handling - Maintenance and support in the further development of contract templates in coordination with the relevant departments - Support in the legal assessment of business transactions, with a focus on practical and commercially viable solutions - Participation in the optimization of internal legal processes and workflows - Support for the Legal Department with ad hoc legal questions in day-to-day business Your Profile – What You Bring: - Ongoing studies in law, business law, or a comparable field of study - Understanding of contract processes and document management - Very good German and English language skills - Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel - Initial practical experience in a legal environment or contract management is an advantage Your Checklist: - You are a student - You are available for approximately 16 - 18 hours per week and can support us for at least 12 months (longer is welcome) - You will receive fair compensation and benefit from additional attractive perks - Does everything fit?
