What an Analyst, Operations & Client Delivery, CEMEA Social Impact & Sustainability does at Visa
The Analyst, Operations & Client Delivery, will be responsible for supporting team operations and delivery of impact programs and solutions with clients and partners across Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA). The analyst will be expected to develop and leverage a robust understanding of the Social Impact and Sustainability ecosystems, combined with an understanding of Visa’s business and corporate objectives, and engage with other stakeholders and partners of Visa both functionally and regionally, to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and Solution DeliverySupport the end-to-end delivery of client products, services, and event activations.Manage project timelines, task lists, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.Serve as a point of contact for internal teams to coordinate client-related tasksCoordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site support.Track and update project progress in internal systems and tools.Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to delivery leads.Provide post-delivery support, including gathering client feedback and supporting reporting needs.Stakeholder EngagementUnderstanding the social impact & sustainability landscape and identify trends that are relevant to Visa’s strategy, programmes, and objectivesBusiness Planning & OperationsSupporting CEMEA SIS across finance and international operations, with dotted line reporting into the global Senior Director, SIS Business Planning and OperationsSupporting SIS’s input into Visa’s client engagements, presentations, and RFP responses across CEMEAFacilitating the creation and syndication of regular updates and reporting to all levels of Visa management on key metrics and objectives Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field2-3 years of experience of working in relevant fields is preferrableHighly motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to identify opportunities and solve problemsTeam player with a willingness to pitch in on a variety of projects and deliver high quality work with excellent attention to detailAbility to synthesize complex ideas with a passion for developing clear, effective, and compelling presentationsDemonstrated creative problem solving with an ability to collaborate and build consensus across stakeholdersInterest in developing rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations.Great communication and presentation skillsAble to work independently, and with broad instructionsStrong teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skillsProject management experienceHighly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong analytical and critical thinking skillsPrior experience in social impact and/or payments preferredArabic will be preferable Visa is an EEO Employer.
