Role: troubleshooting systems, performing inspections, maintaining records Requirements: Technical school preferred; 1-2 years facilities maintenance experience in healthcare preferred. Valid in-state driver license and trade licenses/certifications required (electrician, plumber, HVAC, steam boiler/refrigeration). Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and comply with healthcare codes.
