Role: managing accounts, troubleshooting issues, onboarding users Requirements: Provide first-line user account management for Atlassian and Microsoft O365, troubleshoot hardware/software, onboard/offboard users, maintain inventory and IT procedures, prepare hardware, implement systems with L2, and be available for 24/7 on-call rotation. Fluent English and knowledge of Windows/macOS required; Azure and Microsoft Entra (AD) are advantageous.
