Location: Dawson Creek or Fort Nelson or Fort St John or Prince George or Prince Rupert or Quesnel or Smithers or Terrace or Vanderhoof or Williams Lake or British Columbia. Role: prosecuting offences, leading cases, supporting witnesses Requirements: Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia or immediate eligibility; minimum two years recent Canadian practice; Level 2: counsel in 6th–11th year of call; Level 3: 12+ years of call; significant trial experience; travel required; enhanced security screening and criminal record check required.
