The Opportunity

Are you ready to play a pivotal role at the intersection of Logistics, Supply Chain and IT?

We are seeking a Logistics Systems & Project Manager where you will take ownership of end-to-end logistics systems, processes, and master data, shaping the future of our SAP transformation programme. Beyond project delivery, you will act as the strategic connector between operational logistics teams and IT, identifying system gaps, shaping solutions, and coordinating enhancements that improve performance across the business.

If you enjoy leading, matrix-led projects, building strong cross-functional relationships, and translating operational challenges into practical system improvements, this is an opportunity to create long-term impact and embed best-in-class standards that will drive efficiency, compliance, and performance across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the Logistics stream for the SAP transformation programme, ensuring structured delivery and effective governance.

Partner with operational teams post go-live to identify process or system challenges, shape improvement proposals with IT, and coordinate enhancements and upgrades.

Develop and deliver training and change management initiatives, supporting regional teams through the transformation and post-go-live adoption.

Establish system governance frameworks and dashboards for continuous improvement, leveraging analytics to optimise logistics performance.

Collaborate across functions including Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to align processes, systems, and business objectives.

Who you are

You have proven experience in ERP implementation projects and a strong understanding of logistics systems and processes.

You excel at stakeholder management, influencing across multiple teams and regions.

You bring strategic thinking to link operational activities to long-term objectives.

You naturally build trusted relationships across operational, finance and IT teams, enabling collaborative problem-solving.

You are interested in technology and continuous improvement, with experience coordinating enhancements, upgrades, or system releases.

We are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. You will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.
