Ihre Aufgaben Your Responsibilities - Design & Development: Specification, design, and development of hydraulic sub-systems, components, and their overall architecture. - System Integration: Seamless integration of hydraulic sub-systems and components into complex, multi-system aircraft environments. - Analysis & Improvement: Analysis and evaluation of system behavior to understand potential failures and proactively propose innovative design improvements. - Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a key point of contact and coordinating with internal stakeholders (including interfacing systems, safety, and maintenance teams). Unsere Anforderungen Your Profile Education: - University degree (at least a Bachelor’s) in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related Technical Field. Work Experience: - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Engineering, specifically within the Aerospace industry. - Prior Airbus experience is considered a distinct advantage. Technical Skills & Tools: - IT Tools: Initial experience/basic knowledge of DOORS; proficiency in Google Workspace. - Domain Expertise: Solid knowledge of hydraulics and aircraft system engineering. Language Skills: - English: Negotiation level (mind. verhandlungssicher). - German: Knowledge of German is a plus. Soft Skills: - Strong communication skills to collaborate with contacts at all levels and maintain excellent business relationships. - A true team player with a structured, result-oriented mindset and sharp analytical skills. - Ability to thrive and adapt in an international environment.
