Applications are invited for a permanent post of a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Statistics within UCD School of Mathematics and Statistics.
The School of Mathematics and Statistics at University College Dublin is seeking to appoint a permanent Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Statistics. Applicants from all areas of Statistics are invited to apply.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute high quality research that broadens and integrates with current areas of Statistics research expertise in the School. The successful candidate will also be expected to be committed to pursuing excellence in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching across the School’s wide-ranging programmes, and to contribute to the development and delivery of new programmes.
95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above The Bar (7943) salary scale: €65,401 - €103,564 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 23rd March 2026.
