About this role
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Associate Lecturers to join the Law team at the University of Winchester. Successful applicants will contribute to teaching and assessment across the Law School, in line with programme needs. It would be an advantage to have expertise in Medical Law, Law of Evidence, and/or the Foundations of Legal Knowledge.
This role offers the opportunity to teach within a supportive and collegial academic environment, working with engaged undergraduate students. Module leadership responsibility may be required.
Essential experience
A strong academic background in a relevant area of Law Experience of, or confidence in, teaching at undergraduate level Ability to deliver evidence-informed, applied teaching in an engaging and student-centred way
Desirable experience
Experience of module leadership or coordination Experience of designing and developing teaching materials A postgraduate qualification (or above) in a relevant subject Evidence of maintaining up‑to‑date subject knowledge
Start date: March 2026 (Term 2)
Contract: Associate Lecturer (hourly paid)
Rate: £45.25 per hour plus holiday pay
