Job description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to take on a key role in supporting the business of the School of Chemical, Materials and Biological Engineering, through supporting the Head of School. This includes diary management, handling correspondence, committee servicing and making travel arrangements.
You will have experience of working in a secretarial or PA capacity, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, report writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external contacts. You will be able to act with discretion and sensitivity on highly confidential matters with HR and public relations implications.
