ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, and corporate rolesProactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networkingBuild strong, qualified talent pipelinesPartner directly with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategyScreen candidates and drive interview processes efficientlyManage offers, negotiations, and candidate closingDeliver an exceptional candidate experienceTrack and manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Workable)This role requires proactive sourcing not just managing inbound applicants.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

Support onboarding and offboarding processesEnsure completion of employee documentation, including I-9 and compliance requirementsExperienced maintain detailed and accurate employee records and HR systemsSupport employee relations and employee inquiriesAssist with benefits administration and People programsConduct orientation and onboardingHelp support performance management and employee lifecycle processesContribute to building scalable HR processes as we growRequirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience sourcing and closing passive candidatesExperience working in a startup or high-growth environmentStrong ownership mentality and ability to operate independentlyExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience recruiting engineering, data science, and technical rolesDegree in Human Resources or HR certification preferredExperience supporting HR Generalist responsibilities Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workable preferred)Experience in SaaS, fintech, or startup environmentsProven experience hiring high volume 50 + technical hires per year Who You Are
