As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our hotel. With your engaging personality and passion for hospitality, you will collaborate closely with our General Manager to provide outstanding guest service and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
Located in the charming town of North Conway, our Residence Inn by Marriott offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers. This is an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:Manage front office operations, including guest service, room availability, and cost controlsLead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and help with performance evaluationsMonitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the guest experienceEnsure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance Hospitality standardsCollaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to maintain a seamless operationTake advantage of our remarkable DailyPay feature, which allows you to receive your earnings on any day that you prefer. Pay: $47K- $50K Salary Range
Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends

Requirements
Prior experience in a brand hotel, preferably in a leadership role 1-3 years Strong knowledge of front desk operations or property management Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Marriott Brand experience not necessary but a PLUS Benefits
