Job Summary:
The Technical Recruitment Lead will oversee large-scale technical hiring initiatives while leading and developing a team of recruiters. This role combines strategic recruitment leadership, team management, stakeholder advisory, and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for setting performance standards, ensuring consistent delivery across accounts, mentoring recruiters, and building scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
The ideal candidate thrives in high-performance environments, understands the tech talent market deeply, and has successfully led and managed recruitment teams.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–6 technical recruitersSet clear KPIs and performance targets aligned with business goalsConduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviewsSupport onboarding and skill development of new team membersDrive a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
Strategic Technical Recruitment
Oversee full-cycle recruitment across complex technical domains including software engineering, data, AI, DevOps, cybersecurity, ERP, infrastructure, and emerging technologiesDesign scalable hiring strategies for high-volume and niche rolesEnsure consistent delivery against SLAs and client expectationsAct as an escalation point for complex hiring challenges
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholdersProvide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring feasibility assessmentsManage senior-level client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
Process Optimization & Data Management
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion ratios, and sourcing effectivenessOptimize recruitment workflows using ATS tools and automationImplement best practices to improve efficiency and quality of hires
Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence
Guide advanced sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, and other platformsStay ahead of emerging tech trends and evolving skill demandsSupport the team in building sustainable talent pipelinesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field. 6+ years of technical recruitment experienceMinimum 1 year in a leadership or team lead roleProven experience managing a team of at least 5–6 recruitersStrong background in agency or consulting recruitment environmentsDeep understanding of technical roles including software engineering, data, DevOps, AI, ERP, cybersecurity, and infrastructureStrong stakeholder and client management skillsExperience setting and tracking recruitment KPIsFluency in Arabic and EnglishAdvanced sourcing expertise and familiarity with ATS systems (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus)Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, and recruitment toolsStrong analytical mindset and performance-driven approachBenefits

Work Setup: Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break) Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
