Envision Employment Solutions is expanding! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to support our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, highly presentable, and fluent in English.
This role will support financial transactions, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance activities while ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal controls and accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations
Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting systemEnsure accurate classification and posting of accounting entriesMaintain organized and up-to-date financial documentationSupport month-end and year-end closing activities
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsReconcile bank statements and company accounts regularlyMonitor discrepancies and support corrective actionsAssist in tracking expenses and budget allocations
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsPrepare and issue invoicesFollow up on collections and monitor outstanding balancesSupport cash flow tracking and reporting
Payroll & Compliance Support
Assist with payroll coordination and related documentationSupport tax/VAT preparation and regulatory compliance when requiredEnsure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
Audit & Internal Controls
Support internal and external audit processesMonitor expense reports and ensure policy complianceAssist in improving accounting procedures and internal controlsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1 to 2 years of accounting experienceStrong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP knowledge is a plus)Familiarity with accounting software (any ERP system experience is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skillsGood English (written and spoken)Highly presentable and professionalBenefits

Work Setup:Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh ZayedWork Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remoteWorking Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break)Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
