We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Apprentice to support our Finance & Treasury team. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate treasury operations, cash flow management, banking operations, and financial reporting within a high-growth global organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and treasury management.
Key Responsibilities
Cash & Liquidity Management Assist in daily cash position tracking and reportingSupport short-term cash flow forecastingMonitor bank balances across domestic and international accounts Banking & Transactions
Coordinate with banks for account management, documentation, and compliance Assist in payment processing (vendor payments, payroll support, intercompany transfers) Support bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesReporting & Compliance
Prepare treasury dashboards and MIS reportsAssist in month-end closing activities related to treasurySupport audit documentation and compliance requirementsMaintain treasury-related records and documentationProcess & Controls
Help streamline treasury processes and improve operational efficiencySupport implementation and documentation of internal controlsWork with cross-functional teams (Accounts Payable, Accounting, FP&A).
What You Need
Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance).Strong understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite).Understanding of treasury concepts (cash pooling, forex, working capital).Familiarity with banking operations.Here’s What We Offer
