Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
The Account Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting client relationships and ensuring their needs are met. This role will assist the sales and account management teams while learning the ropes of relationship-building and client success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting with day-to-day client account activities and coordination.Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.Communicating with clients to address basic inquiries and follow-ups.Identifying opportunities for account growth and helping to implement solutions.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.Maintaining detailed records of account activity and performance.Requirements
At least 3–5 years of experience in account management, account coordination, or client support rolesExperience handling multiple accounts simultaneously.Background in a B2B environment is preferredStrong organizational and time management skills to support multiple accounts efficientlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills (email and phone)Ability to manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordinationDetail-oriented with strong documentation and tracking abilitiesAbility to identify upselling opportunities and proactively recommend solutionsGood problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns professionallyAbility to work collaboratively with sales and account management teams
