About The Role:
Anju Software is seeking an entrepreneurial, technical, execution-oriented Internal AI Automation Lead to identify, design, and deploy workflow automations across the business with agentic AI. This role is focused on eliminating internal friction, reducing manual work, and increasing operating leverage across Sales, Professional Services, Internal Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and HR.
You will operate using modern AI tools and automation frameworks to ship functional, production-ready internal solutions that save time, reduce cost, and improve execution speed. You will be expected to ship working systems, not ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Discovery & Prioritization
Embed with business teams to observe manual, repetitive, or high-friction processesMap end-to-end workflows and identify automation opportunitiesQuantify time, cost, and risk reduction potentialRapid Automation Development
Build internal tools using:Python, Node, or similar scripting languagesLLM Coding Agents (Claude Code, Codex, ect)RAG frameworks (LangChain, vector DBs)Automation tools Integrate with internal systems (CRM, Jira, NetSuite, Teams, etc.)Deploy secure, production-grade internal automationsAI Application Design
Translate messy operational tasks into structured automation logicImplement human-in-the-loop controls where requiredEnsure proper data handling and security where neededMaintain lightweight documentation for governanceRequirements
2+ years in software engineering, automation engineering, or technical operationsDemonstrated ability to independently ship working automation projectsDemonstrated ability to ship working agentic AI projectsExperience building with LLM APIs and modern AI toolingComfortable working across APIs and integrating disparate systemsStrong understanding of data security and responsible AI useHighly self-directed; comfortable operating without detailed requirements
Bonus Experience:
Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with audit trails and validation constraintsExposure to SaaS operations (sales, implementation, support)Experience with BI tools and financial reporting systems
