About the role:

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to own and accelerate our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and technical operations. You’ll design, build, and scale the systems that generate pipeline, close deals, and drive predictable revenue growth.

This is not a traditional sales or marketing role. You’ll combine technical skills with GTM strategy to run experiments, deploy automation, and create repeatable revenue systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Build Revenue SystemsDesign and implement automated outbound campaigns, lead generation workflows, and sales enablement systemsBuild scalable processes that consistently generate qualified pipelineRun GTM ExperimentsTest messaging, targeting, sequencing, and channel strategiesAnalyze performance, identify winners, and double down on what worksDeploy AI & AutomationLeverage AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms to personalize outreach, qualify leads, and shorten sales cyclesReplace manual GTM tasks with smart, automated workflowsOwn GTM AnalyticsBuild dashboards and reporting across the full funnel—from top-of-funnel activity to closed revenueProvide clear visibility into what’s driving growth and where to optimizeOptimize the Sales Tech StackEvaluate, implement, and integrate modern GTM toolsEnsure our CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, and automation tools work seamlessly togetherScale ExecutionDocument processes, workflows, and playbooksEnable the broader team to execute proven GTM strategies consistentlyRequirements

3–5 years in growth, sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar GTM rolesProven track record building and optimizing outbound sales motions (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environmentsComfortable working with APIs, webhooks, SQL queries, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript)Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools, such as: CRM platforms: HubSpot, SalesforceSales engagement: Outreach, SalesLoftData & enrichment: Clay, Clearbit, ZoomInfoAutomation: Zapier, MakeExperience building workflows using AI tools (ChatGPT API, Claude API, or similar)
