Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven, mid-level Marketing Manager to take full ownership of email and SMS marketing strategy, execution, and performance, while confidently planning and managing the broader marketing calendar.

This role is ideal for a hands-on builder and strategic thinker who thrives on both creative execution and data-driven optimization. You will be responsible for delivering thoughtful, conversion-focused campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the customer lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail & SMS Marketing Ownership Plan, write, design, schedule, and optimize all email and SMS campaigns end-to-end Manage audience segmentation, lifecycle flows, automations, and promotional sends Conduct ongoing A/B testing on subject lines, creative, messaging, and timing Ensure deliverability best practices and compliance standards are maintained

Marketing Calendar & Campaign Planning Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and seasonal marketing calendars Develop campaign concepts aligned with product launches, promotions, and key retail moments Coordinate cross-channel execution to ensure timely and consistent campaign delivery

Creative & Copy Execution Write clear, compelling, conversion-focused marketing copy Produce basic campaign visuals or collaborate with designers when needed Translate marketing strategy into clear, executable creative direction

Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor key KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue attribution Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities Provide regular reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations Maintain strong operational discipline and documentationRequirements

4–7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing Proven ownership of email and SMS marketing programs Experience building and managing marketing calendars and campaigns Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging Solid understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms and automation tools Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analytics Basic design skills or ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or high-growth environments Knowledge of customer retention strategies and lifecycle marketing frameworks Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
