The Role: Growth Lead
We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Lead to own paid acquisition across Meta and Google while driving performance creative strategy. This is not a passive “agency manager” role.

What You’ll Own
1. Paid Media Execution (Meta + Google)
Plan and manage budgets across Meta and Google Structure accounts for efficient testing and scaleOwn retargeting + prospecting strategyLaunch and optimize campaigns daily/weeklyManage CAC, AOV, LTV: CAC targets2. Creative Strategy & Performance Briefing
Develop a structured creative testing roadmap (hooks, angles, formats)Write clear, conversion-focused creative briefs for designers/UGC creatorsPartner with the brand to ensure the performance creative still feels premiumAnalyze creative performance at a granular level (hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop, CVR)Systematically iterate winning concepts3. Testing & Experimentation
Design structured tests (offer tests, landing page tests, audience tests)Build a hypothesis-driven experimentation frameworkIdentify scalable winning patterns vs one-off winsContinuously improve blended efficiency4. Reporting & Insights
Own weekly and monthly growth reportingTrack channel-level and blended performanceIdentify leading indicators (CTR, CPC, CVR shifts)Translate data into clear strategic recommendations

Who You Are
5–8+ years in DTC media buyingDeep hands-on experience buying media on Meta and GoogleStrong creative intuition + analytical rigorObsessed with testing and iterationCan operate independently without a heavy structureUnderstands premium brand positioning (not just discount-driven growth)
