This role will be required to work from our Concord, MA office at least 3 days per week.

In this role you will:Work on the Cars product, used by millions of people across the globe

Become a product expert in your vertical, collaborating with designers, product managers, and commercial stakeholders

Have end-to-end ownership of the UI, including testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting production issues

Drive technical debt reduction and improve code quality

Leverage AI coding tools to take your efficiency to the next level

Strive for high quality solutions for yourself, and the team with mentorship, pull request reviews, and architectural design assistance

Please apply if you have:Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math)

8+ years developing web applications using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (with a preference for TypeScript)

8+ years working with React (or a comparable modern UI framework)

Experience leveraging AI tools and frameworks to improve day-to-day job functions

Expertise with end-to-end testing and test-driven development

Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to guide teams through architectural transitions

CompensationThere are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Massachusetts based role is $160,000,00 - 200,000.00, not inclusive of annual bonus and recurring RSU grants.
