In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

Manage back-office Escalations and Investigations across communication channels (Slack, Jira, etc.)

Problem solve and manage relationships with third party vendors to find resolutions and create the best possible experience for our clients

Work collaboratively with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders (Client Experience, Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to investigate and remediate issues for clients

Ensure accurate data and information spanning a variety of contexts (data tracking, invoice verification, financial reconciliation)

Provide ongoing monitoring of inventory levels to ensure adequate stock

Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities (proficiency in Excel is required, experience with automation tooling such as Zapier, Workato is a strong plus)Champion operational excellence by anticipating risks and evolving workflows through innovative ideas

Support broader Promotion & Reward Operations functions across Promotions, Milestone Rewards, and Giftagram (SQL proficiency and experience leveraging LLMs is a strong plus)

Strong written and verbal communication: Speaks plainly and truthfully. Communicates complex ideas in a simple & easy-to-understand way for any audience (e.g. clients, Client Experience agents, Engineering, 3rd party vendors, Growth/Marketing teams)

Problem solving: If something seems off, you want to figure out what’s going on; you enjoy navigating uncertainty, bringing clarity to ambiguity and don’t wait for a playbook to be written

Proactive & Action Oriented: Acts without being told what to do; taking full ownership of work, and proactively seeks help and input when needed to provide well supported solutions

Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in collaboration with various team members

Organization & planning: Plans, organizes, and schedules in a productive manner, allowing for a focus on key priorities and regular updates

Efficiency: Ability to produce significant output with minimum wasted effort; finds the path of least resistance to the problem definition, solution and execution

Honesty/integrity: Doesn't cut corners; does what is right, not what is politically expedient
