What you need to haveProficiency in English (C1 or above)

Customer-orientated approach

Good time management and multitasking skills

Willingness to learn and develop

Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment

Bonus pointsPrevious experience in customer service

Understanding of the stock market and the fintech industry

Fluency in another language

What you'll doCommunicate with clients in English/Bulgarian

Deal with incoming inquiries via chat and email

Help clients get acquainted with our app

Troubleshoot account-related issues

Channel client’s feedback
