The roleWe’re seeking a passionate Transfer Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Trading 212 team. You will play a crucial role in the implementation and success of our newly introduced "Portfolio Transfers" feature. This innovative offering allows our clients to transfer their portfolios of Stocks, ETFs, and cash seamlessly in a paperless and cost-free manner.
What you’ll doEvaluate incoming and outgoing transfer requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols
Coordinate and oversee the transfer of stocks, ETFs, and cash
Monitor and anticipate upcoming corporate actions, implementing appropriate measures to address potential impacts on portfolio transfers
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline transfer processes and ensure timely execution
Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or potential issues throughout the transfer process, collaborating with internal teams and external parties as needed
Ensure precise reconciliation of incoming securities settlements to maintain accurate records
Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly
Contribute to business development projects under the guidance of senior team members
What you need to haveUndergraduate degree (Bachelor's) or Master's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
Good understanding of financial markets
Experience with MS Office, with solid expertise in Excel

Great problem-solving skills to find smart and practical solutions
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Nice to haveFundamental understanding of corporate actions
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with Refinitiv, Bloomberg, or alternative financial data providers
