This role is essential for ensuring that the manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards in cross-program and new development projects. - You will manage the resolution of complex quality issues and lead improvement projects across multidisciplinary teams. - You will ensure process reliability, repeatability, and adherence to industry standards. - You will support new development projects. - You will coordinate quality development initiatives, liaising with specialists to improve cutting-edge solutions. - You will manage process quality, including referential updates, surveillance planning, and assessments for process maturity. - You will ensure systemic root cause analysis. - You will contribute to effective process communication and documentation to ensure continuous improvement across functions.
