In this role, you will lead the evolution of the internal web applications and infrastructure that power our most critical operations. Your work will focus on empowering our Trust & Safety moderation and support teams to protect our community, and on building the tools that enable our staff to work more effectively. As a senior contributor, you will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of data engineers, designers, and product managers to solve complex workflow challenges. Whether you are scaling tools for human review or building flexible systems to support engineering, your work will directly increase Hinge’s operational efficiency and user safety. This is a high-impact opportunity to build versatile, production-ready tools that serve diverse stakeholders and shape our internal product ecosystem.
