QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most of the following: 1) Working knowledge of critical infrastructure/programs such as terrestrial transport, satellite communications (SATCOM), radio frequency (RF) spectrum, DoW Information Networks (DOWIN), and tactical networks such as LINK-16.; 2) Participate in operational planning efforts, exercises, forums, symposiums, study groups, etc. to analyze and develop approaches, strategies, and policies for solving new operational issues and implement new concepts, resolve critical problems with existing systems, and support management of operational requirements and/or projects.; 3) Manage a portfolio of projects as assigned and conduct associated portfolio management activities including defining all projects scope, requirements, and deliverables.; 4) Advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, branch projects, processes, products, and directives of management.; 5) Participate in and/or lead efforts to document and refine roles, responsibilities, products, and processes for any and all aspects of the organization. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Major DutiesYou will be responsible for supervising all other civilian employees within a branch of the Command and Control Communications, Computers, and Cyber Operations Division and managing the entirety of the branch projects, processes, and products.You will direct and review all branch decision support products for command leadership.You will proactively engage and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders including theater functional and service components, sub-unified commands, support agencies, and subordinate joint task forces.You will plan, implement, and/or review technical issues and activities in support of operational priorities.You will coordinate with the Branch Chief as needed to guide branch personnel to provide finished or final products for presentation at senior-level decision-making.You will gain and maintain mastery-level Subject Matter Expertise on related policies/processes such as cyber mission assurance, defense critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, DoW information network operations, and defensive cyberspace operations.You will manage a portfolio of projects as assigned and conduct associated portfolio management activities.
