About this role
We are seeking a Structural Detailer with strong reinforced concrete experience to support the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects. This role involves producing high-quality reinforcement and GA drawings using Tekla Structures, working closely with structural engineers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed reinforcement drawings for reinforced concrete structures including slabs, beams, columns, walls, and foundationsDevelop GA drawings and detailed RC models using Tekla StructuresPrepare bar bending schedules (BBS) and fabrication drawingsInterpret structural engineer’s calculations, sketches, and mark-upsCoordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate and buildable designsMaintain drawing accuracy and ensure compliance with relevant standards and project specifications Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Structural Detailer, RC Detailer, or Structural TechnicianStrong Tekla Structures experience (essential)Experience detailing reinforced concrete structuresAbility to produce reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedulesExperience working with contractors, consultancies, or detailing companiesDesirable
Experience with Revit Structure or AutoCADExperience working on RC frame, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projectsUnderstanding of Eurocodes and UK construction standardsRequired Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.Use of Tekla Structures Why join us?
