About this role
The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Designer with proven experience in automotive interior lighting. They should be capable of delivering high-quality 3D and 2D designs while working remotely within a structured workflow
You hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field. Previous experience in an OEM or Tier-1 automotive environment is preferred. Experience with lighting components, optical integration, or interior modules is considered a strong advantage.

CATIA V5 expertise with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in interior lighting design.Strong understanding of plastic part design, packaging constraints, and integration of lighting components.Familiarity with VW Group processes and standards (preferred).Experience with CONNECT (VW Group PLM tool) is a strong plus.Ability to manage CAD data, revisions, and design documentation in a PLM environmentSoft Skills
