are reponsible for the management of licence administration for all internal tools, including activation, renewal and allocation across the organizationprovide end-user support for licence-related questions, troubleshooting access issues and ensuring correct tool usagecoordinate cross-department workflows to align tool ownership, cost centers, licence usage and user access requirementsmaintain accurate licence tracking dashboards/maps, ensuring up-to-date visibility of available, assigned and expiring licencesmonitor compliance and audit readiness, ensuring all tools and systems meet internal policies and vendor licensing rules YOU…
have an IT Degree / IT Architecture Degree or an equivalent qualificationare experienced in coordination with multiple departmentshave a strong understanding of redHat/Linux/Windows server architecture, including how licensing models interact with system environmentsare proficient in monitoring licence usage across users, servers and architectures, ensuring compliance and optimizationcan design and improve ergonomic, intuitive licence-tracking maps/dashboards for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWe value diversity and therefore welcome all applications – regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, and identity.
