Technical Skills
Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Experience in API automation using tools like RestAssured, PostmanProficiency in programming languages C#, JavaScript, or TypeScriptExperience with test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Specflow)Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker)Experience with performance or security testing tools is a plus
Test Automation Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using industry-standard toolsImplement automated test coverage for:Ensure automation supports cross-browser, cross-device, and multi-region testing
CI/CD & DevOps Integration
Integrate automated tests into Azure Devops CI/CD pipelines Enable automated execution for smoke, regression, and sanity test suitesAnalyze pipeline failures and optimize execution time and reliabilityQuality Assurance & Testing Oversight
Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for quality and coverageEnsure proper balance between manual and automated testingDefine and track automation metrics such as coverage, stability, and defect leakagePerform root cause analysis of production issues related to test gapsCollaboration & Agile Practices
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)Work closely with development teams to enable shift-left testingAdvocate for quality throughout the SDLCReporting & Communication
Provide regular status updates on automation progress, risks, and release readinessPresent automation metrics and quality insights to stakeholders and leadershipIdentify and propose improvements to tools, processes, and workflows
