Support DNA expression technologiesExecute automated protein purifications using chromatographic techniques, TFF, and AKTA systemsCharacterize protein solutions using Agilent HPLC and SDS-PAGEPerform routine analytical measurements (pH, UV-Vis, HPLC)Prepare buffers and solutions; maintain inventories and lab equipmentClean and maintain AKTA systems (including CIP procedures)Document assay data and contribute to study reportsAbility to operate, program and perform high throughout testing using laboratory automation and liquid handlingPerform Endotoxin testingUpdate and maintain inventoriesPerform experiment documentation/notebookAssist in any troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentationDevelop and maintain knowledge of various aspects of laboratory operationsInteract effectively with both internal and external stakeholdersCompliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate records in electronic lab notebooksParticipate in investigations and ensure adherence to GLP and company policies Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant industry lab experience
ORMaster’s degree in a related fieldTechnical Expertise
