Job Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical innovation. In this role, you will perform comprehensive physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished dosage forms—including tablets, capsules, injectables, liquids, creams, and gels. Your work will directly support clients in the development and regulatory approval of a wide variety of medications.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare solutions, standards, and samples for analytical testingOperate a range of laboratory instruments, including HPLC, GC, IC, Karl Fischer titrators (Coulometric and Volumetric), UV/Vis and IR/FTIR spectrophotometers, disintegration testers, and dissolution equipmentProcess and interpret analytical data, comparing results against client-provided specificationsExecute and document all laboratory work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
0-2 years of industry experienceStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experienceAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Working schedule can be either Full-Time, First Shift, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm OR Second Shift, M-F 3pm-11pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply. 25% travel may be required. This position is NOT remote.
