About this role
Responsible for driving the strategic growth and performance of Leisure, Wholesale, and Pre-buy business across Avista Hotels Group properties in Phuket. This role balances strategic account development, contracting, and market planning with selective hands-on execution to ensure revenue targets, market positioning, and long-term partner value are achieved in line with Avista’s commercial and brand objectives.
The position plays a key role in shaping leisure distribution strategy, supporting annual contracting cycles, optimizing pre-buy ROI, and strengthening Avista’s presence across key source markets.
Minimum 6–8 years of hotel sales experience with strong exposure to Leisure, Wholesale, and Pre-buy business, including a demonstrated ability to manage strategic accounts and contracting cycles; Phuket or resort market experience preferred
