We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Office Department, delivering exceptional service to our guests, and supporting the development of our staff.
Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing all Front Office operationsEnsure smooth and efficient check in and check out processesMonitor daily room availability, occupancy levels, and room allocationsSupervise VIP arrivals, special attention guests, and group movementsEnsure compliance with brand standards, policies, and service proceduresHandle duty management responsibilities in the absence of the Front Office ManagerAddress guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery situations professionally and promptlyLead, motivate, and mentor Front Office team membersSupport upselling initiatives to maximize room revenue and overall profitabilityEnsure accurate reporting, including daily operational reports and shift summariesEnsure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations within a luxury hotel environmentAt least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager preferred)Strong knowledge of Front Office procedures, guest service standards, and Rooms Division operationsExcellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantageProficiency in Opera PMS or equivalent hotel management systemsStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem solving and decision making abilitiesDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environmentWell groomed and professional appearance reflecting Sofitel brand standardsFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and guest centric mindset
