Define and manage technological platforms for hardware and software products.Ensure cyber security and technical compliance.Innovation & Business Modeling
Foster an innovative culture to make ContiTech the first choice for material-driven solutions.Support R&D and Business Areas with tech scouting and innovation initiatives.Research
Secure long-term research direction and build strategic external collaboration networks. Phd in Chemistry or similar qualificationProven international working track recordExtensive professional experience in Technology related business functions, preferably in rubber industryPrivate Equity working backgroundAbility to translate customer and market needs into the technology landscapeConvincing leadership skills with respected and engaging personality leading through transformationsBusiness thinking with execution-oriented mindsetProfound Change Management skillsBusiness fluency in German and English (written and spoken)Broad communication skillsApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
