Domino's Pizza in Fenton, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced environment.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standardsAssist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing restaurant performanceEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficientlySupport the store manager in staff scheduling, training, and developmentOversee cash management and daily financial reportingContribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement effortsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist in implementing new procedures and promotions to drive sales and improve efficiencyStep in to perform various roles within the restaurant as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and computer proficiencyFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalentFood safety knowledge and certification (preferred)Previous experience in restaurant management, retail, or customer service (preferred)Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detailPositive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences BENEFITS:
