As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targetsLead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptlyManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stockImplement and maintain visual merchandising standardsAssist in creating schedules Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organizationEnforce company policies and proceduresParticipate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store securityAnalyze sales data and contribute to strategies for improving store performance Proven experience in retail or customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiencesProficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office and POS systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic understanding of financial management and inventory controlHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
