About this role
As a senior member of ServiceNow's Corporate Strategy team, you will shape India's strategic ambition, GTM strategy, and business development initiatives. You'll partner with senior global, regional, and local executives (including APJ President, India GVP) to define and execute high-impact growth strategies, strategic partnerships, customer engagements, and annual planning. This role drives India's growth strategy, builds inorganic opportunities through partnerships and M&A, and refines GTM approaches for India's rapidly evolving market.
Work scope will range from market assessments to long-term strategic programs covering adjacent markets, new verticals, strategic priorities, customer research, competitive analysis, partnership development, and business optimization. You'll work with cross-functional global teams across business units and functions, support business development (partner identification, negotiation, planning), and assist leadership with executive content and business cadence.
You'll tackle complex problems, gain exposure to C-level decision-making, and build relationships with senior stakeholders across ServiceNow. We seek an effective influencer with deep Enterprise Tech/SaaS knowledge who demonstrates rapid impact. You must excel in strategic analysis, problem-solving, executive communication, business development, and consensus building while thriving in ambiguity and high-growth environments.

Lead strategic projects for ServiceNow India; structure problems, develop hypotheses, conduct data-driven analysis, and deliver actionable recommendationsBuild strategic and business cases with cross-functional teams outlining opportunities, rationale, and operational plans including product, GTM, and business modelsConduct TAM analysis, investment assessments, topline impact modeling, and ROI evaluation for strategic decisionsDefine and communicate India growth strategy aligned with annual planning; monitor competitive landscape, digital transformation trends, and partner ecosystem dynamicsBuild inorganic growth strategies including partnerships, M&A evaluation, and ecosystem investments, design customized business plans with strategic customers and partnersLead GTM refinement including vertical expansion (Public Sector, BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom), segment optimization (Enterprise, Commercial, Mid-market), and partner-led revenue strategiesSupport AOP development and quarterly reviews; translate strategic priorities into executable plans with clear KPIs and accountabilityDevelop executive presentations for Board meetings, analyst conferences, and internal stakeholdersIdentify performance improvement opportunities to unlock productivity and accelerate execution To be successful in this role you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.Minimum 7+ years with 5 years at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)Strong enterprise technology/SaaS experience; GTM operating experience in Enterprise Software in India preferredProven track record with inorganic growth strategies: partnerships, M&A, ecosystem development in India marketExperience leading large strategic initiatives from problem framing through execution; strong multitasking abilityExcellent communicator; conveys complex ideas clearly in writing and verbally to global and local stakeholdersStrong relationship builder; influences and collaborates effectively with senior executives across geographiesBuilds and leads virtual teams; strong people development and influencing skillsIndependent thinker and team player with strong analytical and financial modeling skillsSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environments.Education:
