Shift Manager at Sellpy
At Sellpy, we’re growing our fulfillment operations in Wrocław and looking for a driven Shift Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and contribute to a more sustainable future.
In short, you will:
Lead and manage daily shift operations, supervising Team Leaders and warehouse associates in a safe and engaging work environment
Allocate resources efficiently to meet shift targets on safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence
Monitor engagement, absence, and performance, while fostering team motivation and accountability
Coach and develop Team Leaders to strengthen leadership skills and drive performance
Collaborate with HR, EHS, Facility & IT to ensure smooth daily operations
Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives across your area
You’re a hands-on and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys motivating teams, and drives results through structure, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
We use
internally developed Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Google Workspace
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within warehouse, logistics, or production
Proven ability to lead teams through subordinate leaders and deliver on KPIs
Strong communication skills in both Polish and English
Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations
We’d be impressed if you have
Experience from high-volume e-commerce or FMCG logistics
Experience in launching new sites or teams
Practical understanding of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies
