The RoleWe are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Account Manager to join our Business Accounts team in Paris. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, helping some of the world’s most innovative companies solve their corporate housing needs across international markets.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner- cultivating relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our footprint. If you’re a top seller with a passion for strategic growth and revenue generation mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Path to Success

Own and Expand Accounts Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring ongoing success and identifying opportunities for expansion across Paris and international markets.Drive Engagement and Retention Deepen client relationships through strategic collaboration and consultative account management, increasing usage and long-term value.Strategic Prospecting Proactively engage with prospective global clients using a blend of outreach techniques—email campaigns, referrals, networking, and targeted research.Communicate Value Tailor Blueground’s value proposition to the specific needs of corporate partners.Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with internal stakeholders in Operations, CX, and Product to ensure a seamless client experience and execution of custom solutionsHigh Performing Mentality Maintain accurate account forecasting, monitor engagement metrics, and report on growth performance across your portfolioWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (with minimum 2 years at the same company) Proven success in building and expanding strategic client relationships across geographies and managing a multi-million dollar portfolioStrong track record in new business generation and client acquisitionNetwork or knowledge of the relocation and corporate housing industries is a strong plusOutstanding communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, solutions-driven mindsetAbility to translate client challenges into actionable, scalable solutionsStrong business acumen and a results-oriented approach to sales and retentionFamiliarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline managementBenefits Competitive Compensation + up to 40% yearly bonusFlexible Paid Time OffEnhanced Parental LeaveDynamic working environment with talented peopleComplimentary accommodation in Blueground locations.
