Employment: Full-time via MLabs Engagement: Contracted to a UAE-based enterprise client Location: Remote (Eastern Europe / MENA / India preferred)
MLabs is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to support a large-scale financial technology and blockchain program for a UAE-based enterprise client. You will be responsible for defining intuitive, scalable user experiences and delivering polished, production-ready interface designs across complex web and mobile applications. This role combines user research, interaction design, and visual system design in a structured enterprise environment. The ideal candidate has experience designing data-heavy platforms and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Lead UX discovery, research, and user journey mappingDesign wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsCreate and maintain scalable design systems and reusable componentsDefine information architecture for complex applicationsConduct usability testing and iterate based on feedbackCollaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and stakeholdersEnsure consistency, accessibility, and design quality across platformsRequirements
5+ years experience in UI/UX or product designStrong portfolio demonstrating complex web or mobile applicationsAdvanced proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools)Experience designing both user flows and high-fidelity interfacesExperience building or contributing to design systemsExperience collaborating closely with engineering teams
Preferred
