About the Role
We are hiring an AI Engineer to build production grade AI systems with a strong emphasis on agent architectures, LLM powered applications, and scalable API driven integrations. This role blends deep technical rigor with client facing collaboration.
You will design intelligent agents, deploy robust AI services, and work directly with internal stakeholders and external clients to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
This is a hands on builder role with real ownership and visibility.
A Day in the Life
AI and Agent Systems
Design and implement AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and tool useBuild multi step agent workflows with memory and state managementDevelop production ready RAG systems with optimized retrieval and context handlingFine tune and evaluate LLMs for domain specific use casesImplement guardrails, validation layers, and structured output controlsDesign evaluation frameworks for reliability, hallucination mitigation, and safety
Backend and Platform Engineering
Build scalable REST APIs to expose AI capabilitiesIntegrate AI agents with enterprise tools and third party systemsDesign microservices and asynchronous systems for high throughput workloadsOptimize inference latency, reliability, and cloud costImplement monitoring, logging, and observability for AI servicesConsulting and Client Engagement
Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutionsLead technical discovery sessions and solution workshopsCommunicate complex AI concepts clearly to non technical stakeholdersProvide architectural recommendations and implementation roadmapsSupport pilots, proofs of concept, and production rollouts What You Need
AI and LLM Systems
Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learningDeep understanding of transformers and modern LLM architecturesHands on experience building agent based systems with tool calling and orchestrationExperience with embeddings, vector search, and retrieval systemsProficiency in PyTorch or similar ML frameworks Engineering Fundamentals
Strong data structures and algorithms fundamentalsSolid system design and distributed systems knowledgeProficiency in PythonExperience designing scalable APIs and backend systemsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP Consulting and Soft Skills
