Credence has an immediate opening for a Program Control Analyst for a growing finance team with tremendous opportunity to support across functional areas.

Responsibilities:

Review budget, cost, revenue, and pricing data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reasonablenessCreate, develop, and maintain spend plans for Cost Plus, T&M, and Firm Fixed Price contractsReview contracts, sub-contracts, expense reports, and invoices, for adherence to proposals, contract terms, and Federal regulationsPerform cost and price analysis for RFP/RFQs and develop pricing templates and models to evaluate different "what-if" scenariosWork with program management to develop, maintain, and review financial reporting tools for both internal tracking purposes and external customer requirementsSupport audit inquiries from DCAAComplete reconciliations for contract close-out processesCreate contract coding in CostPoint for accurate timekeeping, revenue recognition, and invoicingParticipate in cost proposal pricing reviews, completing UPTs and pricing templatesProvide ad hoc financial analysis for both project and division level concernsAssist with the development of smart and efficient financial analysis standards, strategies and best practices where applicable and integrate the same throughout the organizationRequirements

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following education and experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Preferred Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or business-related field of study, but not a requirement)At least five plus (5+) years of Government Finance/Program Control experienceStrong analytical background, mastery of cost and accounting forecasting skillsExperience with pricing proposals from Federal Government AgenciesKnowledge of FAR, CAS, allowable/un-allowable costs, and indirect ratesDemonstrated experience with budgeting, program control, and forecast modeling across all major contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF/CPAF, IDIQ, etc.)Sound understanding of cost and indirect cost relationships and how to build labor cost from salary to bid ratesDemonstrated hands-on work experience and knowledge of pricing, including reading and reviewing RFPs, cost model development, and cost proposal developmentExperience producing CDRLs for Cost Plus contracts desiredDemonstrated ability to effectively interact with and present to executive managementDemonstrated experience to execute multiple tasks simultaneously working in a team or independentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment delivering results and quality servicesExceptionally detail oriented and able to translate big-picture analyses with complex contract structuresStrong organizational, verbal, written, analytical, problem solving, and communication skillsExpert/mastery of Microsoft Excel – candidate should understand how to create and use complex functions including pivot tablesExperience with CostPoint and Cognos desired, ability to write queries in Cognos a plusMust be clearable candidate with an active Security clearance a plus but not required.
