We’re looking for a proactive and highly analytical Retail Sales Analyst who can help us get ahead of retail planning by turning sales data into actionable insights.
This person will own reporting and trend analysis for retail partners, monitor returns/chargebacks, and help build proactive strategies for wholesale trade shows — including analyzing rep performance and creating outreach plans in advance of events.
This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting data to strategy and can communicate clearly so teams can act quickly.

3+ years in Retail Sales Analysis, Wholesale Analysis, Revenue Analytics, or Commercial AnalyticsStrong experience supporting US-based retail partnersAdvanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus. Strong ability to translate data into clear recommendationsStrong communication skills (written + verbal)Highly proactive: you don’t wait for direction to find insightsProven experience in sales analytics and retail channel performanceTrade show analytics and wholesale rep performance trackingAnalyze retail chargebacks and returns to identify root causes and share insights with Sales and Ops to help prevent future issues Working RequirementsMust be available to work PST business hoursFully remote, US e-commerce aligned environment
