Requirements
The candidate must be able to clearly demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology, supported by verifiable documentation or relevant professional experience. At least one year of documented experience working in a U.S.-based medical clinic or healthcare administrative environment is required. The candidate must have documented experience using medical appointment scheduling systems or related platforms. The ability to triage and screen patient calls effectively, following standardized medical communication protocols, must be demonstrated. The candidate must show proven patience and strong communication skills, particularly when assisting elderly patients or individuals who require detailed guidance. A proficiency assessment in Google Workspace tools—including Gmail, Google Chat, and Google Spaces—must be passed. Verifiable experience operating VoIP phone systems is required. Proof of a reliable high-speed internet connection is required, with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
