We are hiring an Inventory Manager to own the inventory function end-to-end for our growing beauty business. This role is highly cross-functional and will be responsible for maintaining inventory health, ensuring product specs remain accurate, managing shelf life, and strengthening our factory partnerships through performance tracking and vendor scorecards.
This person will serve as the “source of truth” for inventory and factory performance.

Requirements
4+ years in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or Vendor ManagementExperience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goodsProven ability to manage external factory relationships and performanceStrong understanding of:shelf life managementvendor termsinventory health metricsproduction + replenishment cyclesAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-mindedExperience with international manufacturing partners (Particualry China and Korea)Experience building vendor scorecards from scratchFamiliarity with ERP/inventory platforms (NetSuite, Cin7, TradeGecko, etc.)
