About this role
The Opportunity
ListAid is an AI-powered B2B SaaS business operating at the intersection of data, automation, and developer-first workflows. Backed by institutional capital and deep operating expertise, the business is entering a pivotal early growth phase, shifting from product-market validation toward building repeatable, scalable revenue foundations.
We are seeking a Head of Growth & Business Unit Lead (Early-Stage) to help shape and execute ListAid’s next chapter. This is a senior, hands-on role with meaningful ownership, combining growth execution, go-to-market development, and commercial leadership. As the business grows, the scope, responsibility, and impact of the role will grow with it.
This role is ideal for a SaaS growth leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building systems from first principles, and wants a clear path toward increased ownership over time.
