About this role
As Spa Supervisor aboard the Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you will lead the onboard Wellness Suite, delivering exceptional treatments while overseeing daily operations. You’ll guide and inspire a small team, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest care. Combining hands-on expertise with strong organisation, you will manage schedules, stock and compliance, while creating a personalised experience for every guest. Primary Responsibilities Include:
This is a seasonal role which runs from March to December 2026.Responsible for the seamless operation of the onboard spa services and the wellbeing of all guests. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of spa products and services.Recommending and selling spa products to guests, providing personalised advice based on their needs.Requirements
What You Bring:
Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience.Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.Company certificates gained within a recognised company training scheme.Genuine passion for wellness and body therapy.Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits
